A Dozen Free Kindle Books for 02/20/2015

Each of These Dozen Kindle e-Books are Free!

This week I sought out some fun books for everybody. The first four are children’s books. I’ve set a goal to read to my grandson every day, and I wasn’t doing so well. We were reading physical books, but I kept finding myself with bits of time where we could be reading together while waiting in the car…and no books to red. I downloaded these four to my iPad Kindle App and now we have books we can read no matter where we are (since my iPad is practically attached to my hip).

If you want to look cool to your teen, send links to any of the four Minecraft books I found. My younger son is a huge Minecraft fan, and he was pretty impressed with these books. I actually looked like I had a tiny bit of a clue concerning one of the hottest web games around among the teen set. I skimmed one of the books and then shared my supposed knowledge with Hectic 15. He looked somewhat surprised that I had even the tiniest clue about one of his passions. Score one for the old guy!

With St. Patrick’s Day rapidly approaching, my oldest daughter and I have already started to get into the spirit. It’s one of our favorite holidays. With Irish Pub music blaring, we looked through the crafts section of the first book and planned out some activities so our house will look like old Ireland has exploded on St. Patrick’s morn. I also have planned our entire menu from the recipes in the first book. We’ll be going through all four books over the next couple of weeks!

Remember, these books were all free when the post was written, but it’s possible that these aren’t free when you’re reading the post. Be sure to verify the cost of the books before you buy since Amazon can change their prices at any time.
