Last Sunday I had to unexpectedly travel to Colorado to take care of my sick daughter. I’m still out here, and totally out of sorts trying to care for her, manage our family life back in Kansas, and discover anything that my very sick girl can eat. When I got out to Colorado, I discovered that not having any of my favorite cookbooks was a huge problem. I never really realized how much I refer to them!

Of course, I have my iPad and MacBook Pro with me, so I figured what better time to grab some free Kindle cookbooks and start searching for things she will eat. Right now, my daughter have a very small appetite. In reality, I’m cooking just a tiny bit more that I can eat and begging her to try to eat something. That means a total redirection in my cooking…since I’ve been cooking for around ten for years and years. This is a completely different adventure for me.
